1. to plan the layout of the whole square footage, architectural evaluation, a few cosmetic renovations, (stages etc.),
2. to begin selling a number of our “Sponsorships”, all our motor coach trips, and a number of promotional events
3. to promote the fact that this will be the home of Music City Manitoba, and to create excitement and participation for the long – term goal, in what will be The Great Tourist, Entertainment, Tournament & Shopping Destination, in Canada.
New customers, you would not ordinarily get. We will create “Special Shopping Shuttle Trips” that will allow every store that you have in Winnipeg, or wherever, that agree to participate, and who will offer our bus passengers a huge discount.
We will create a program that will encourage our clients to enter every store and spend money in each of them.
We will arrange for a number of other businesses, to supply us with many things we will require. Such as supplying food for the clients on our Bus Program.
In year 3, 4, or 5 we would like to upgrade the entire type of flooring in “The Music City Manitoba Event Centre”.
If accepted, we will provide 1530 Gamble Place the exact line-up, all activities, that we will hold for the first 1 year.
