PROJECTS

The following is a sample of some of the projects Music City Manitoba has planned for the following few years. When completed, it will become Manitoba's largest Tourism, Tournament & Music Destination, in the country.

Visitors and patrons will discover a variety of coffee houses, space for retailers including vinyl, music instruments, a charity centre in which we will be collecting used musical instruments that we will be donating to under privileged families, in Manitoba. Spaces for photo, video, and recording studios will be available for rent or training purposes, as well as a rehearsal hall area, that will be available for local groups to use. And so much more.

A main stage will house a multitude of entertainers that will be showcasing their music and songs to large audiences. An in-house Manitoba City Manitoba Music museum will display what makes local artists so important to the international music industry. It will include archives for newspapers, guitars and video and sound recordings from local international stars. and much more.

We are going to change that. WAYGO Tournament Darts Barn Dance 6 days of every year we will celebrate the good old fashioned Music of the Barn Dance. A competitive sport in which two or more players bare-handedly throw small sharp-pointed projectiles known as darts at a round target known as a dartboard. Pick That Hit! Fishing The javelin tournaments are a a unique venture for MCM as it provides all participants to participate in a well-known olympic sport. Find Your Zen is a recreational and competitive activity where participants use a shotgun to attempt to break clay targets which two fixed stations mechanically fling into the air at high speed and at a variety of angles. previous next The fishing tournaments will be held off site, but will play a major roll in building the MCM community. Javelin GOLF Cheer & Dance Dozens of the best Cheer & Dance teams from across North America are being invited to Strut their Stuff, for us. The golf tournaments will all be held off site and take advantage of the golf courses nearest the venue. Skeet Shooting Baseball Boxing tournaments will be held at the MCM venue and in dedicated centres in and around Winnipeg. Plan Your Dream Getaway previous next Baseball tournaments will be held in
the local community centres and
dedicated ball parks on the city and other towns. Boxing Lacrosse Beach Volleyball Local beaches and community clubs will host these tournaments.
